Terms of Service
Simple terms for ordering Minecraft short-form content from ClipCraft Studios.
Services
ClipCraft Studios creates short-form Minecraft video edits for server promotion. Order scope, quantity, price, and delivery expectations are confirmed through the client portal, Discord ticket, or invoice.
Payment
Payment is required before production is scheduled unless ClipCraft Studios agrees otherwise in writing. Invoices are handled through Stripe. Orders may remain pending until payment is confirmed.
Revisions
Clients can request reasonable revisions through the client portal during the review window. Videos left in review for 3 days may be automatically approved.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate server information, access details when needed, approved calls-to-action, and any brand or gameplay requirements before production starts.
Delivery
Final videos are delivered through Google Drive links in the client portal. Delivery timelines may vary based on order size, queue volume, server access, and editing complexity.
