Clear expectations for cancellations, refunds, revisions, and mistaken payments.
Before Production Starts
If production has not started, you can request a cancellation and refund through your Discord ticket.
After Production Starts
Once recording or editing has started, refunds are handled case by case based on the amount of work already completed.
Delivered Videos
Delivered videos are generally not refundable, but reasonable revisions can be requested during the review window.
Duplicate or Mistaken Payments
If you believe you paid twice or paid the wrong invoice, contact ClipCraft Studios in your Discord ticket so the invoice can be checked.
